The marketplace role
PILLARFIVE operates a membership marketplace connecting verified buyers with verified suppliers. Contracts of sale are formed between the buyer and the supplying company. PILLARFIVE verifies suppliers, facilitates payment and maintains the transaction record.
Membership
Membership is granted to verified individuals and organizations and may be suspended for misuse, fraud, abuse of other users, or breach of these terms. Member pricing is available only to members in good standing.
Supplier obligations
Suppliers must list accurate specifications, hold the certifications they claim, register provenance codes truthfully, and fulfil accepted orders. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate suspension and removal from the directory.
Limitations
Verification badges reflect the checks described in our verification policy at the time they were issued. They are a strong signal, not a guarantee against every possible failure. Nothing here limits rights you have under Kenyan consumer law.
