Fulfilment
Orders are fulfilled by the verified supplier. Once an order is dispatched you get a tracking code and a timeline you can follow from your dashboard or the public Track page.
Timelines
Nairobi deliveries typically arrive within 1–2 working days of dispatch. Countrywide deliveries depend on the route and usually take 2–5 working days. Bulk and machinery orders may be scheduled directly with the supplier.
