What we collect
Account details (name, phone, email), your membership and organization, orders and payments, delivery addresses, reviews you write, and provenance checks you perform. Suppliers additionally provide company registration and tax documents for verification.
How we use it
To verify who you are, price your orders correctly, fulfil and deliver them, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations. Marketing messages are only sent with your explicit consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
How we protect it
Passwords are hashed. Payment credentials and other secrets are encrypted at rest and never displayed in full. Verification documents are access-controlled and visible only to the owning company and our verification staff. Every administrative access is written to an audit trail.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your contact details with other members. Suppliers only receive what they need to fulfil your order.
