What you can return, and how refunds work.
Your right to return
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or fails authenticity verification, report it within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Goods must be in their original condition and packaging where possible.
Counterfeit protection
If a product you received fails provenance verification, stop using it immediately and report it. Counterfeit claims are investigated with the supplier, refunded in full when upheld, and can result in the supplier being suspended.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. M-Pesa refunds are processed to the paying number. Credit-account purchases are reversed against the organization's balance.
